The 1997 Canadian Election Study team comprises Andre Blais (Universite de Montreal), Elisabeth Gidengil (McGill University), Richard Nadeau (Universite de Montreal) and Neil Nevitte (University of Toronto). CES 1997 is funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada under its Major Collaborative Research Initiatives programme. Survey work will be conducted by the Institute for Social Research at York University.
