I do feel that speed is an issue though. Getting a fast answer back
from a query can make quite a difference to one's personal
productivity. If changing bits and pieces is all it takes that is
good. If a move to new software is made it would be very nice to
get all the subscribe/unsubscribe stuff off the list, that is most
frustrating. Even a junk mail filter for those bits that find their
way on?
