Executive Elections

As the end of the academic year approaches, Club Infinity will be holding elections for new executive members to run Club Infinity for the 2010/2011 academic year.

Nominations for any position will be accepted from now until March 16th, for which an e-mail will be sent out with nominees for each position to vote for, as well as a hard copy will be posted around the 5th floor of the Ross Building, both North and South.  Elections will be held on Tuesday March 23, 2010.

NOTE: NOMINATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY!   PLEASE REPLY TO puporj@yorku.ca ! ANY NOMINATIONS SUBMITTED OTHERWISE WILL BE DISREGARDED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTICED.  The available positions are as follows:

Positions for "Director at Large", a position where a club member is an executive member but has no specific role, is at the discretion of the newly elected president as well as newly elected executive members. Remember, you can nominate yourself! And if no one runs against you, then customary to our democratic society, you win!

To those with hopes of running for an executive position, the current Club Infinity Executives will ensure that the upcoming elections will be run as smoothly as possible without any conflict of interest from current executive members hoping to run for a position for next year. The only election held will be a fair election.
